Booking Terms and Conditions for K2 Travel Hub Powered by Askole Incorporation

For Pakistani Customers:

  1. Booking Process:

    • To initiate the booking process, customers are required to provide accurate personal information, including full name, contact details, and any relevant identification documents as per the requirements of the tour.
    • Booking confirmation will be subject to availability and payment of the required deposit or full payment as specified for each tour package.
  2. Payment:

    • Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways.
    • For international tours, payment must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prevailing exchange rate.
    • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the specified deadline prior to the commencement of the tour.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the timing of the request and the terms of the tour package.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, minus any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits.
  4. Travel Documents:

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and any other required documentation, for international travel.
    • K2 Travel Hub may assist with visa applications upon request, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer to obtain necessary travel documents.
  5. Health and Insurance:

    • Customers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, prior to embarking on any tour.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
  6. Changes and Amendments:

    • K2 Travel Hub reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries, accommodations, or other aspects of the tour package as necessary, with prior notice to customers.
    • Customers may request changes or amendments to their booking, subject to availability and any associated fees or charges.
  7. Liability:

    • K2 Travel Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
  8. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

For International Customers:

  1. Booking Process:

    • International customers must provide valid passport details, visa information, and any other required documentation as per the regulations of their home country and the destination country.
    • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment of the required deposit or full payment in the specified currency as outlined for each tour package.
  2. Payment:

    • Payment must be made in the currency specified for each tour package, as indicated on the K2 Travel Hub website or communicated during the booking process.
    • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways, as specified by K2 Travel Hub.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the timing of the request and the terms of the tour package.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment currency, minus any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits.
  4. Travel Documents:

    • International customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents for entry into the destination country.
    • K2 Travel Hub may provide assistance with visa applications or other documentation upon request, but customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with immigration requirements.
  5. Health and Insurance:

    • International travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and emergency assistance, prior to departure.
    • Customers should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements to K2 Travel Hub to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
